Quality Procedure

FSL has introduced a quality assurance procedure to make sure that the quality of each manual meets the client's exact requirements. This procedure is followed every time a document is produced and involves the client throughout. Emphasis is placed on consistency, accuracy and quality.

Language translation

FSL is able to produce documents in English as well as in
local languages. For example, in the People's Republic of China, various training documents are produced in both English and Chinese. This process can be applied by FSL to most languages.
