contracts while retaining them in FSL's employment. FSL becomes responsible
for the complete range of tasks necessary for personnel working outside
their country of domicile. This range of tasks include:

This allows the client to proceed with the project without the added
administrative burden involved in personnel management.
Recruitment Procedure
The recruitment procedure commences with the request from the client.
The procedure then follows a standard format shown below:

Quality Assurance
Once the specialist has been mobilised FSL will take every precaution
to ensure that the specialist fulfils his role to the client's expectation
and requirements.
In the unlikely event that a specialist does not perform as expected
then FSL at no cost to the client would identify a suitable replacement.
FSL would keep the client informed at every stage of the proceedings.
