Commencing January 2002 First Solutions Limited (FSL) and MCP-AMIS Consulting Group (MCP) will be offering a joint series of Maintenance Management training courses. FSL and MCP have signed a memorandum of collaborations with MCP to develop new courses and market and conduct existing courses. MCP is an Australian company with many years of experience in the international market having worked extensively in the USA, Middle East and Far East.

Courses
The Maintenance Management Courses that FSL/MCP Proposes to conduct during 2002 are as follows:

Maintenance Work Planning and control
Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis
Proactive Supervision
Total Productive maintenance
Proactive Maintenance Management
Proactive Operations management

Location of the Training
FSL/MCP intends to conduct a suite of maintenance Management Course throughout 2002 and will vary the locations to mat the client's needs. The locations are specified as the FSL Training Centre Chiwan Base, Shekou; Beijing; Shanghai. In addition FSL/MCP can conduct courses at the client's facilities is required. The Maintenance Management training schedule will be forwarded on request.

The courses are designed to provide middle and senior maintenance personnel with the knowledge and management tools to enhance maintenance planning and reduce costs and down time. They introduce and expand the concept of Best Practice Maintenance principles. The courses concentrate on a company's main asset - People - not only equipment.

During the Maintenance Management training FEMCAGold software is used to add to the training and give the attendees hands on experience. The software enables the criticality and reliability of physical assets and subsystems to be analysed quickly and consistently and supports the development of the most suitable maintenance approach.
